Zaptodoor - Refund Policy

At Zaptodoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund policy.

What can be returned?

You can return most new, unopened, and unused items sold by Zaptodoor within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Some exceptions may apply:

  • Perishable items (food, dairy, etc.)
  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Items without original packaging or receipt

How to return an item:

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  4. Include the RAN and a copy of your receipt in the package.
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  6. We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 - 7 business days in customer account. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.
